Description
This should prob be a right turn lane only except for bikes and busses. The right lane is currently a bus stop and bike lane, but vehicles use it for curb sneaking to cut off traffic stopped at the stop light. It's very dangerous and causes major backups in an already congested area of MacArthur. Needs traffic calming.

That stretch of MacArthur between Ardley and Fruitvale is slated for repaving in 2019, so that's a good opportunity to try to implement some fixes via the lane striping. I'll look into it with city staff to see what they're planning.
Nearside (before an intersection) bus stops are bad for safety and bus efficiency anyway, so perhaps this is also a good opportunity to move that stop to the far side of the intersection instead, and implement some sort of sidewalk extension in it's place to block the drivers trying to sneak through while also shortening the pedestrian crossing distance.
