  The vagrant continues to litter and is now defecating next to the school fence. He is leaving his empty beer bottles on the sidewalk and uses neighbors spigots to bath in full view of adults and children walking on the sidewalk. Please send someone. He is not mentally stable which is why I don’t do it myself.

  You can also call OPD 777-3333 and request a welfare check. There used to be 43 people camping in the Dimond Dist we down to 5 this was from constantly calling. The vagrants cannot stand the police or any officials and will move some where they will not be hassled. For some reason our elected official seem to think having several thousand people living on the streets and in RVs most are drug and alcohol dependent and many are mentally unstable is OK. Someone is getting rich off this human suffering.

  I think they are all now in our neighborhood. City officials need to step up and actually do something rather than shuffling it off to less active neighborhoods.

  Should have been we are down to. You are so right about the shuffling and putting about two percent of them in Tuff Sheds wow that made a difference. How embarrassing with more 600,000 living on the streets of this country and this the best our elected officials can come up with shuffling.
