I live on Oakwood Ave. I enjoy walking through Frear Park and it is convent to walk there. I should be able to walk safely. It should be a park were people can walk. After all it is a park. I was told today that I could not walk on the gulf course paved path.( I don't walk on the green). I wouldn't have to walk there if there were side walks.

walking/running paths would be a great idea for the park... now off to the Budget to see how to pay for them... Oh, and NO SPEED BUMPS please, even at extremely slow speeds they damage cars (mine sits very low to the ground).

speed bumps are illegal in the city of troy as was told when I complained to code enforcements even though they put temporary one up on Sheridan Ave when they changed traffic when Campbell Ave was impassable. Would like them on Thompson St. were even the Ice Cream truck doesn't stop and they attract children. Albany has speed bumps and place signs to " lift plow here" every year I see this on my way to work So they can plow or at least Albany county figured it out.
