Closest cross street is San Leandro St., Oakland, CA.
This pile of garbage is in front of a parcel of land on 47th Ave. that could be 1001 47th Ave. or 4698 San Leandro St. (-- odd side of street). Area is fenced off without a gate, but the fence is pulled back when people drive onto the property.
The featured landmark in the original photo is a BART elevated track pillar in the background.
For reference, adding a photo of the "No Trespassing" sign on this corner property's fence.
The private property is owned by MANNEDGE Properties. (Adjacent properties are owned by public utilities: UPRR and BART.)
Coincidentally, as the blighted track of property is cleared of debris, a pile of garbage grows larger on 47th Ave.
(Just last month, there was a similar pile the city of Oakland cleared on 12/19/17. The address accepted/acknowledged on the work order was 1025 47th Ave.)
