I have been in contact with the owner and he has the trim work and siding work contracted out. The contractor will start on his property as soon as possible. The contractor is supposed to call me to give me a better time frame as to when they are going to be able to start.

I will be sending this case to ct. in the spring if there has been no additional progress. At this time the paint could not be completed anyway due to the cold weather, the Judge would have to continue the case out to spring anyway.
