House has been vacant due to fire since Christmas time of 2016. There was already an issue of homeless people attempting to move in. Front French doors are once again caved in potential welcoming undesirables. Please do something about this property.

This house/property has recently been sold, and there is an active demolition permit with the City to tear the house down (permit #D18-0104).
Hopefully your neighborhood will see positive changes here very soon!
