12/20/18 Update:
- The size of the pile of debris and the number of tents has increased.
Note: The address of the truck yard is 4635 E12th St., Oakland, CA. The entrance is on 47th Ave.
The owners of this stuff believe they were given permission to be here by Tony's Trucking of Hayward, tenants of MannEdge Properties. I would argue that the truck yard does not have authority to grant permission to block the sidewalk 24/7 with stuff. The original tent has not moved since March 2017.

6/20/19 Update:
Tents have blocked this sidewalk since March of 2018 - continuously for 14 months.
The number of sidewalk occupants has increased.
The tents are larger. There are more tents.
This is also a public health, sanitation, and safety issue.
There is no proper plumbing nor running water.
Please address this problem. Ignoring this is not okay.
