Piece of the downspout for the gutter is missing resulting in rain water splashing and pooling on the exterior of the building, which is likely deteriorating the building siding and leading to water infiltration, compromising the insulation, and possibly causing mold growth from moisture. Should be a very easy and quick fix for the St. Luke's Development Corporation or whoever the building manager is.
