At 5:48am on Friday, April 20th saw a person all in black rolling a bag/suit case going east on Ontario Ave between Lincoln Ave and Oak Ave. He turn left up the dirt lot between SCE yard and Corona Friends Church, there is a bunch of trees against the wall. Not sure how many people are there if any but there is no reason to be up there since the lot is a dead end into a wall of a house. I’m concern for the safety of all of us that live around this area. If some fire breaks out and hits the plant of SCE we will be in trouble.
