Description

Part of the asphalt has broken away here. The sidewalk jumps up several inches at the bridge that crosses the railroad tracks, and the asphalt is needed here to flatten out this jump at the edge of the bridge. Please fill in the asphalt. This currently makes it very difficult for wheelchairs to pass. Note: this issue is for the east side of the bridge.
