Description
The "Only" lane signage on Capital Blvd headed South at the Millbrook intersection needs to be enforced or the signage removed. People run straight through the light all the time, ignoring both the pavement paint and hanging sign at the intersection informing drivers they should turn right at the intersection. Since there is no impediment either at the beginning or ending of the intersection no one obeys the signs. Either a concrete barrier needs to be installed enforcing a right turn or just remove the postings.

There are other areas of the city that could use some "lane enforcement" as well. Drives are using "turn only" lanes as passing lanes.
Examples:
1. Intersection of southbound Capital blvd and New Hope.
2. Intersection of northbound Six Forks rd and Rowan st.
Could some sort of divider be placed in the road to contain drivers in these lines, such as the 3-4 foot tall orange "dividers"?
