Every morning for years we see Alderman Dow trucks destroying the sidewalk in front of their scrapyard on the longest street in New Haven keeping our neighborhoods segregated by blight. City, charge them for the damage their doing by forcing them to adhere to all property owners standards for sidewalk maintenance with zero leniency and this blight will be significantly decreased!
