How do I go about finding who is responsible for a fence? Meaning, is it property owner, state or town? This chain link fence is in horrible condition (looks like a car drive through it). This fence needs to be replaced and with a solid fence. I'm sick and tired of cleaning up garbage, booze bottles, broken glass etc. I'm tired of trying to clean up my yard, only to watch bottles and fast food garbage get thrown over the fence by passing vehicles. And the street side of the fence is even worse. More than a month ago the town or the state came and cut down trees and bushes on one side of the fence but left all the debris and never came back to get it. Debris is still there. Also who's responsible for this green strip?
