The owner said they were abandoning the property. There are feral cats living in the back garage again and rodents walk around the back yard. Please report this property to LCI! This has been an ongoing problem for years now

Just curious how you know the owner is abandoning the property. I just saw them on the property not that long ago.

They told several people that they walked away from the house and are living in a new house on the beach. Once in a while they come to clear out more things. They've been gone since the end of March.
