On Stafford ave (2511) there is a cut through driveway that services a residence on Clark ave. this driveway is unserviceable and the sidewalk on Stafford is overgrown with dirt and plants. During a rain, it all washes down the street and stays there- collecting and getting deeper of debris and mud and rocks. The owner needs to fix the driveway for runoff and clean their sidewalk or get fined.
