Good morning, the rangers have went out to look into this issue, and because the barrier that you are referring to is a guard rail, accompanied by a hand rail, there is no way to create an opening at Crosby Street. The rangers did observe that there is an access roughly 70 yards from Crosby and suggested using that access which is Goodin crossing. Thank you for reporting.
