Beschreibung

Storm drain has trash and grease, oil and unknown fluids that have run down the gutter from around the corner. There is a flipped dumpster from the Southern Cafe blocking the road and has leaked liquids into the storm drain from Canon Ave. You can smell it a half a block away.
