Descrição

Home was severely damaged in September by hurricane when tree fell through roof. Tarps covered the roof but have become torn allowing rain to get inside the building. The odor of Mold and Mildew spores fill the air. Local Children play around the falling down structure. The home is officially condemned, can anyone advise what the process and time table are for this home?

The brown tarp is the same color of the shingles it covers and could be difficult to see the tear's in the tarp.

This structure was to be demolished on July 26. Nothing was done... Problem is that this structure poses a threat to local children who play Near It AND have tried to enter the structure.

The structure is still standing, but the city of St Pete did mow it so the children have a nicer yard to play in around the condemned building.

They really don't care in codes. They go to the best maintained yards and nit pick them. They cited my yard for the bushes hanging over the sidewalk after 4 days or rain. Petty and self serving codes people. You won't get any help here or from the mayor who ignored my emails.

There seems to be some new 'Critters' inside the structure. The code's report stated that the chimney had loose bricks in it and is NOT stable, but there is no wording on the building saying that... Not that the children playing there would read it anyway. Can codes say when the building will be torn down?
