Why was there no EONP for the resurfacing of Canner St. today. It was difficult for families to access child care facility at Whitehall housing. No parking signs were not up on Friday or the weekend. Surely the City knew of these two blocks which would have limited access if any and no parking. When will the paving take place and will the residents be notified of no parking on either side of the street for those two blocks for paving?
