This same kid has raced the go-kart up and down Marinello Terrace in the dark with no lights. He may also have been seen riding a small scooter/motorbike around the same area. He may reside at 7 Marinello Terrace, and the police may be familiar with the situation.

Where are the parents? This is a cry for help. Wonder if Albany will answer the cry before something bad happens.

FYI, Not here but on my Grandma's street two 12 year old boys got hit and KILLED by a car while driving a go-kart. Let's get this stopped please.

This person was seen conversing with residents of 7 Marinello in between screeching up and down that street. It seems not a day goes by when there isn't a loud disturbance from that address, be it an illegal mini bike driving erratically on the sidewalk or in the street, loud motorcycle, blasting car stereo, illegal fireworks or the shouting of foul language outside the house. Persons living at this address or associated with the residents are creating situations that endanger themselves and others and making this an unpleasant place to live. Please see what can be done about this. There is going to be an accident....

This is also an issue on Second Ave and side streets. Not sure if it's the same kid, but I'll take photos next time I see him.

Second Avenue has a bad problem with 4 wheeler, dirt bikes, go-karts, etc. for several years now. they race doing wheelies up and down the hill, many times stopping traffic doing illegal maneuvers. nothing has been done in previous years and it has already started with the nice weather.

With the last warm spell a few days ago, the noisy minibike came out once again and rode up and down and up and down Marinello, Summit. Went up on the sidewalk when a car was coming down Marinello. The noise goes on in the day and after dark. We should not have to listen to it. This thing belongs out in the woods, not on city streets to create noise, a road hazard and possible injury to children from the day care center, elderly people or any other pedestrians or cars. Please take some action. Thank you.

The Police Department is trying to locate where these vehicles are coming from, any assistance with this from people in the community will help to get to the bottom of this issue.
