Description

Over grown trees and brush on the City-owned walking/biking trail behind 16 Gem Street is allowing for hidden drug activity, hidden sexual activity, dumping of health hazard items (used condoms, drug bags), etc. Please address this situation soon before we advance further into the summer. This is not just a "tree-trimming" issue now, but also a public safety issue as well for those individuals who use that section of the trail and also for the church goers who occupy the building that is adjacent to the trail.
