Description

Disgusting sight to see, now I know why there’s so many rats along pine street. The complex i live in is a building away from this disgusting encampment. There’s huge rats running all over this the encampment (during day light). There’s also animal abuse happening at this location. I passed by as I watched a man start beating on his dog! I will be calling animal control. I can not believe our major is allowing this type of low life garbage to continue polluting these areas of Oakland. Oh yeah there is also a man who looks like he’s close to dying on the corner of pine and 11th. He’s just laying there with his belongings, and doesn’t look like he’ll go anywhere until he takes his last breath. Need I say more for something to happen?
