you can say that. they have left a mess everywhere. when will they clean up?

It’s similar on Glendale at Woodlawn, Park near Main and many other parts of town. Whatever efficiencies they have gained by doing this work and doing it the way they have has left the city streets in shambles

The whole neighborhood has been torn up by National Grid. They're putting almost no effort in patching the roads or sidewalks. There's a trench at Ryckman and Hansen that very deep and unavoidable. Will these roads be fully paved when the gas line work is done? Will Nat Grid or the city improve some of the terrible black top patching in the mean time?

The city government should be taking national grid to the woodshed. I agree with all of the previous comments. Add to the list of streets that have been poorly re-done after national grid has done its work, is Glenwood Street between Fairview and new Scotland. National grid has employed a lot of subcontractors and certainly is not overseeing the work. The improvement of the streets should be national grid's responsibility and not we taxpayers nor the city. They are a private company and should have the responsibility for getting the streets resurfaced or at least patched correctly.

Add to this intersection list - Woodlawn and Partridge. Thought it would have been reported by now. Part of it is sticking up, part is sinking. Glad it's not in the man driving lane..... disgraceful service from National Grid!!!

It's the dust cloud when you drive down the streets National Grid has worked on that bothers me especially on Parkwood. The heavy rains have helped but Grid makes no attempt to temporarily clean or water down the street when they are through. A water truck would help dampen and slow down the dust. I can't imagine what toxins are in the dust cloud. Residents of the affected streets should complain vociferously.

Will national grid also be fixing sidewalks and lawns that were destroyed when they installed the gas lines? Exact addresses, for starters are 43 and 45 Ryckman. I am sure there are hundreds of others.
Does anyone know who is paying for this? Will the rates go up for all gas customers? All customers? Will it reduce dividends (if there are any) for shareholders?
