Public Works has received your building maintenance request (#18-08-0150) and assigned it to our facility maintenance team leader and his maintenance workers. They complete nearly 800 building service requests per year, or almost 4 per day, all the while maintaining more than 35 city buildings. Your electronic submission helps you and our team track the request until it’s complete. We are scheduling your service request for completion in between two and four weeks from today. This scheduling takes into account that our building maintenance team is fully scheduled for the next two weeks with annual preventative maintenance and responding to the existing queue of service requests. It is especially hard for this team to respond to requests quickly during the storm season from November through March, so thank you for your patience during that especially busy time.
