There is a portable traffic speed limit warning device on Fruitvale at Hyde that indicates the speed limit there is 25 mph. In fact, the posted limit is 30 mph at that location and it is frustrating enough to drive behind 25 mile an hour drivers without conveying inaccurate information to them. Thank you!
