Tenants are operating a landscaping business out of their home and often have NUMEROUS cars parked along/on curb and up on grass. Having this many vehicles parked in residential area for one home is causing an issue for safe passage on residential street as well as visibility issue for neighbors to safely exit their driveways. It is our understanding that residents are not allowed top operate business out of their home in residential neighborhood if the business creates excess traffic.

Thank you contacting us with your concerns via SeeClickFix. I have gone by the home several times but no commercial vehicles have been present during any site visits. Could you please call me at 919-435-9541 or e-mail me to let me know when you typically see the commercial vehicles parked there? Once I know when they are there, I can come back out during those times.
Also, vehicles parking in grass or backwards on a street is handled by the Police Department. We will forward this complaint to them. In the future if you see it again, please submit it is a parking enforcement issue so that it can be properly routed and addressed quicker.
