Several lights on and around the Willow Street off ramps have been out for years. Tonight, most of the lights on I-91 near Willow and going north of the Q. River were all out. This has been a problem for quite a while with the I-91 lights working intermittently.

To report lights out on the highway (including exits) you have to report them to the State DOT.
