Deskripsyon
There are two spots on the Fountain Street side and some spots on Lowin Ave. The sidewalk is cracking and some of the curb is actually removed. There are a lot of elderly people in the neighborhood and the fear is that someone will trip and fall. The areas are extremely dangerous.
