I was asked by one of the folks who goes to the center to break a bike lock (which I refuse to do since I didn’t know if it was stolen) while I was changing my locks because people been trespassing on my property. They need to either need to keep them in line (which they have fail to do) or shut down the center

The prostitutes are all over the place and it has become dangerous. There is a bunch of addicts too. A youth with long hair hangs around at all hours selling drugs. There is also a dark Hispanic older guy. I used to be able to go for walks down this neighborhood and not be afraid but not anymore. I'm glad I drive so I don't have to walk by there anymore. When I drive, I see the disgrace that this area has become. What a shame!

It is a shame. Most of the residents are striving to educate their children and working toward a better life for their families. They shouldn't be threatened by the social cancer that exists in this area.

The problem needs to end... it is completely unacceptable in a thriving community like Chelsea. There are children that live in a building that I own on Broadway that are greeted by heroine users shooting up on their doorstep in the morning before school. This is not the Chelsea that we want and it will not be tolerated. I have a proposition... let's relocate the church's community center to 300 floor of Chelsea City Hall to see how long it lasts.

I think it’s obvious to residents who live in this neighborhood we don’t want the resource center here anymore I want the end of the center it’s not safe anymore I had to make several calls to the police because people have trespassed or have made me feel unsafe all due to the center
