Description

When the contractor dug up the street to run either water or electricity, the patch job is now sinking to the point that it's causing tires to be thrown out of alignment. It's in a curb so the car's camber is getting thrown way off. Because it's in a blind curb, someone could get hit if walking on that side of the road if the driver was trying to avoid the sinking asphalt.
