Not surprised... #FailingCity

Not only is the pile of dangerous trash still there, but it's growing. Someone's dumped a raggedy old doghouse there now.

We need a #RedWave to shake this town up and drain the swamp so mess like this gets taken care of once and for all!!

And now the yard is littered with office furniture and old washer and dryers. Can SOMETHING be done about this eyesore. It's been an eyesore for YEARS.

This situation is completely nuts. I have had inspections guys at my house fretting over my tidy backyard firewood pile on more than one occasion, yet the city will allow a slumlord like Bhola Gupta to trash a neighborhood like this for days, weeks, months and years on end. It's outrageous and disgusting.

This is what the yard looks like today, Oct. 9, almost one month after the first complaint was made here.

This will be collected today.

Typically, the City does not collect construction & demolition waste; the property owner is responsible for disposal and if this is not handled properly, the City will initiate code enforcement action where warranted.

We believe a technical glitch prevented this particular complaint from being assigned to the correct code enforcement staff. We are investigating what happened here for quality assurance with future issues.

As the technical glitch caused a delay in our normal processes, the waste materials including the construction & demolition materials will be collected today. Thanks for your patience.
