Along 8th ave by e15th there is an abandoned house that homeless people have taken over. They have littered the bando's house with cars, which has spilled out to tents and 50x bicycles on the sidewalk. Spreading across the street to the house next door where they camp in front of the garage. Has mattresses, broken bottles, small appliance fridge, various abandoned cars with notices on it.
