The homeless encampment under the BART tracks between 85th and 82 has broken in the street light and hotwired in outlets and now have multiple extension cords running across the multi use trail creating a huge hazard. I have reported the trash before with no response. The loose cords cause me to have a near crash and I am an experienced biker. A serious hazard for someone less experienced.
