Litter containers has not been emptied for 3weeks. It is at the end of Derby at Public Shore. We get kids hanging out nightly dumping food trash. A neighbor bags it every morning. This is the 2 nd report, 847902 was the first. FYI Oak311’s GPS SUCKS!!!! Go back to SCF format
