THIS IS A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW

I am requesting a copy of the audio recordings that then-City Manager legally made of her conversations with Jim Oddie, Malia Vella, and others, regarding the pressure they put on her to hire Domenick Weaver as the fire chief.

I insist that the City of Alameda waive any claimed privilege, and release the audio recordings to myself, and to the public.
