Wasn't sure which category this should be listed under. There are two completely stripped bike frames locked to the bike rack by the Yale School of Medicine on the right hand side of the street if you are driving north on Cedar. They have been locked to the bike rack for at least 3 months and as I mentioned they are completely stripped. Can they please be removed to make more space on the bike rack?
