Between balloons & plastic bags caught in tree branches, it will take years before they deteriorate enough to almost disappear. It is an ugly sight we are left with. Unfortunately the average person cannot climb the trees to retrieve these things. One would need a bucket truck.

The ballon has been removed and will be given back to the poor child who lost it. Thanks for posting!

How do u know who lost it? And if u r telling the truth then y didnt u return it whn it was noticed lost?

I know because...that child is me! Every day for the lady year I have looked for that balloon and died a little inside. Now I am complete.
