  Its on his property and not hurting anyone, but the complaining party. This is obviously someone with too much time on their hands.

  Good! So I will call in defense of this person. I live on Overhill and there are plenty of commercial trucks parked on the the street. Its not bothering anyone and no one has xomplained but this "Anonymous Person". They probably do not even live on the street. This person has been making these complaints for a while now. My neighbor just had the police there this weekend and even they said this person has too much time on their hands. I guess we will have to rally the neighbors and get that sign removed. Especially if its parked on their own property, its should be no one's business. Unless you are a busy body.
