RTE10/Ella Grasso Boulevard was paved this summer, which is wonderful!!!!
Shortly after paving, a hole was dug and a steel plate put in at Truman St. The pavement repair around the plate is horrible and more jarring to go over than anything on the road prior to the paving. The city should not accept this work from whatever contractor performed it and hopefully it can be repaired.
