Resident called to report that All American Waste picked up trash at C-Town on Ferry Street at 4 am all last week. It continues a pattern they have been picking it up prior to 6am. Resident also noted that the parking lot sweeper at C-Town has been cleaning lot all weekend between 11 pm - 12 am.
