Cars parked all over State St blocking traffic coming down State St during the tree lighting and fireworks last year, cars got stuck on State St since it’s a one way street and couldn’t get past the plaza, either block State St from traffic between Swan and Eagle or put an officer on State St at the plaza entrance to keep people from stopping traffic.
