On December 9, 2918 traffic in a large part of downtown was stopped due to a road race on Sunday morning that I am told is an annual event. Please create an opt-in notice system for faith communities with Saturday or Sunday worship so that they receive notice two weeks ahead of anything that will create a traffic tie-up that conflicts with their worship services.
