Looks like you have no choice but to move. Sounds like a bully issue and you are literally up against the wall. Tell your landlord your moving. Does the bully "own" or rent like you?

Your landlord should address it with her landlord. She should contact the management office. Is this at RiverPlace?

We have the same landlord and he addresses with her and the bullying gets worst!

Holy moly, this sounds like a very serious situation, but I'm wondering if there is more information about this conflict which might be missing from the description above. I've seen complaints like this in the past and it appears we are only getting one side of the story.

How is your neighbor dropping things over your head wherever you sit? Is she inside your apartment? Also, why would your neighbor want to do that? What would she gain from that kind of behavior? And how is she following you from one room to another? Have you let her enter your apartment? Is it possible, there is another reason for this conflict which you have chosen not to reveal?

I find it difficult to believe that your neighbor would maliciously harass you without any provocation. Also, if the way you have described the level of harassment is accurate, the police would never tell you there is nothing they can do about it. There is definitely some information missing from the way this issue has been described.

I agree with Tommy. Since they both have the same landlord, is damage being done. We don't need this type of behavior. The solution: MOVE.

There is no info missing. Sometimes there are evil, disrespectful people living on this Earth. Some of These apartment walls are as thin as my slip that I wear. She told the landlord she hears me walking and that was her way letting me know! I have nothing to do with the construction of the building. And at 60's door I hav e no need to make up anything and I really shouldn't have to move, but considering the circumstances I may have to!

Ask the condo board for a hearing with you, the neighbor and your landlord. Many times disputes can be resolved with everyone in the room.
