Description

Massive flooding and standing water over public sidewalk. Flooding is causing land subsidence which is damaging the public sidewalk by causing it to sink, crack and break. Flooding is also creating a breeding habitat for mosquitoes effecting citizens in the neighborhood and citizens who walk along the sidewalk. Issue needs to be addressed immediately before damage and the public health issues continue or get worse.
