Has anyone called Public Safety about this situation ? This looks like a disaster waiting to happen ?

Who have you called about this problem ? No one has acknowledged your request since 1/28/19. This request is just going to molder here in limbo. Not all depts. monitor this site. I would call public safety because if this jury rigged mess collapses it might hurt or kill someone.

Three years and one pandemic later, the strange construction is unchanged. Would someone please explain what agency is responsible and what the plan for this construction might be? If the request needs to go to a different agency, please let me know who that is.

Sorry - the automations on this category had not been working and the staffer assigned had retired around the time of your report. The picture depicts mid-project of the utility pole replacement. It is done after the construction is completed on the new pole while all the remaining utilities move their wires to the new pole. While an eyesore, they are not considered a hazard. PURA has moved the needle in getting the utility companies to the table to address the many poles like this stuck in limbo. If you can provide the pole number I can check on the specific status if it has not yet been addressed.
