Dear taxpayers,

Why is a church allowed to force people out of their homes because the City will not change the noise ordinance regarding churches! The house located behind the church was put up for sale because of the noise. They have a full scale marching band practicing for hours on Sunday, although they have church on Saturday!!! The exemption is unacceptable. A taxpayer can be fined for noise, but a church marching band is okay!?
