Department of Public Works,
Due to bad up keeping of the street of Gilbert Ave. Numbers running from 186 Gilbert Ave to 142 Gilbert ave on the even side of the street. Cross streets Winthrop Ave and Sherman Ave. Please correct the Curb, Potholes and Inserting a Bio-Well at the corner of Sherman Ave and Gilbert Ave.
