Description

This corner has become a day-time homeless encampment and general public loitering spot. There’s now an armchair on the sidewalk to facilitate a more comfortable loitering experience. There is sleeping and public drinking and drug use that go on here, daily.

This app keeps switching the address back to Davis St for some reason. The actual address (which I keep reentering, yet it keeps reverting back) is: 2702 Fruitvale Ave. @E 27th St.
