57sn159 silver toyota matrix remains unmoved for over 3 months now. city of oakland has marked the last complaint as completed. however, this car remains abandoned and there is no ticket nor tag that is visually present. also never ticketed for not moving on street sweep days. who is held accountable for the nonenforcement of things? this leads to the neglect and blight we witness now. what a joke.
