An age tree that has roots raising the pavement on the side walk. Pedestrians often trip on the un-level sidewalk. Also when it rains the raise in the sidewalk causes the water to run to the private resident and settled in the gate of the private resident. The tree is aged, need to remove and replant a new tree.
